The enrolment process will be finalised when you have:
Complete our online Enrolment form
Please upload the following documents to ensure the enrolment process can proceed without further delays:
– Up-to-date Immunisation Statement
– Current Medical Action Plans/court documents/parenting agreements (if applicable)
You will receive an invoice via email to pay the enrolment fee of $50 for the first child and $30 for any additional children.
Accept Enrolment Confirmation: Once your enrolment form is processed by our Enrolment team you will receive an Enrolment Confirmation via email from: NOREPLY@REDBOURNE. You must accept this enrolment confirmation for the enrolment to progress
MYGOV: When the enrolment confirmation has been accepted, MYGOV details will be issued via your MYGOV account or app.
– Child Care Subsidy will apply once MYGOV CCS enrolment has been approved by Centrelink and confirmed by you.
– FULL FEES apply until MYGOV CCS enrolment is finalised.
Payment of fees: From the 1st July 2023 all child care fees must be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the service directly. Five Star Family Day Care will collect the “gap fee” payment from parents via REDPAY (Direct Debit) as our electronic payment processing system.
