For children who have not used care for a period of 14 weeks or more
Procedure:
- Confirm the start date with the educator.
- Submit the re-enrolment form (link below).
- Allow up to 2 business days for the scheme to process.
- The parent/guardian will then receive the following emails:

Once accepted, a MYGOV (CCS) notification will be issued to you. Please allow up to 2 business days.
Parent Portal login details (email):
Log in to the Parent Portal to update any information, view invoices, receipts, newsletters, daily diary entries, programs, and add users, etc.
